LCMF focus on promoting good health and prolong quality productive life through community outreach clinics, trainings, provision of preventive, curative, rehabilitative services among people living in rural and hard to reach areas in 4 Districts.
To prevent diseases, promote health, prolong quality productive life of people living in rural and hard to reach areas by taking the services to them with the right medical equipment and supplies, well-trained healthcare providers so as to reduce mortality and morbidity rates with 30% by the end of 2020 December in the 4 Districts.
1 LifeCare Medical Centre

2 Maternal & Child Health (MCH)
LCMF identifies and trains women Community Health Volunteers who serve as the key point of contact for pregnant women in the rural communities. The volunteers are trained to detect and refer pregnant mothers at risk to the hospital, at the same time ensuring that the pregnant mothers are accessing all health care services during antenatal (ANC) and postnatal (PNC) period.
